The Dwayne Graves Online Entrepreneur Spirit Scholarship is a highly competitive award for high school and college students interested in entrepreneurship. The Dwayne Graves Online scholarship puts the focus on your passion by judging your entry on your entrepreneurial spirit!

Students applying must submit the URL of a video they’ve uploaded to YouTube where you explain why you deserve to win this scholarship. The video can be anything that you feel will compel us to choose your entry.  Tell us why you want to be an entrepreneur, what inspires you, and of course, show us your entrepreneur spirit!  Your video submission must include “Dwayne Graves Online Scholarship” in the title, be publicly viewable, and have the URL to this page (http://www.dwaynegravesonline.com/scholarship/) in the description.

Studying in the fields of Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Communications, or IT are recommended but not required. Show us the spirit that will help you succeed in creating a winning video!  Show us the spirit that will help you succeed in life!

This is a $500 scholarship, and is awarded by January 31st of each year following the submission deadline.

 

The deadline to apply for this scholarship is December 15th of each year.

ELIGIBILITY: The Dwayne Graves Online Entrepreneur Spirit Scholarship is open to any high school or University student in the United States of America and its territories. Current employees, officers, directors and agents of Dwayne Graves Online and its related companies and members of their immediate families (defined as spouse, parents, siblings and children) and persons residing at the same address are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, beginning January 1st of each year, submit an application at the website (http://www.dwaynegravesonline.com/scholarship//) no later than December 15 of that year at 11:59 pm Pacific Time. Limit one (1) Application per person per year. By submitting an Application, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to Dwayne Graves Online’s application process, which is final and binding.

PRIZES: One (1) winner will receive a scholarship in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500). Applicants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if any Scholarship Prize Recipient fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide required affidavit, refuses to complete and provide any requested tax forms (including IRS W-9 form), is found to have violated the Official Rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, Scholarship Prize will be forfeited and the Applicant who submitted the Application with the next highest score will become an alternate potential Scholarship Prize Recipient. Applicants understand that Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Scholarship Program and acceptance, possession and use of Scholarship Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Scholarship Program or in the announcement of the Scholarship Prize. Taxes on prizes are sole responsibility of Scholarship Prize Recipients. Scholarship Prize Recipients will be issued 1099 tax forms.

SPONSOR’S RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND OR TERMINATE. In the event Dwayne Graves Online is prevented from continuing with the Scholarship Program by any event within or beyond its reasonable control, then Sponsor shall have the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend, or terminate the Scholarship Program.

GENERAL PROVISIONS. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the application process or the operation of the scholarship rules or the website, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, to be submitting responses dishonestly or inaccurately, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
